Connect
Link each office's practice-management system, plus QuickBooks and bank feeds. Invited practices connect their own accounts — you never handle their credentials.
Practice analytics & KPI execution
Dion Insights connects to your practice-management system and turns it into the numbers you run the business on — production, collections, AR, recare and provider performance — for a single practice or a group of fifty.
Access is provisioned by invitation — talk to your Dion contact to get started.
How it works
Link each office's practice-management system, plus QuickBooks and bank feeds. Invited practices connect their own accounts — you never handle their credentials.
Figures are pulled on a schedule and tied out against what the PMS reported as collected. Exceptions surface instead of hiding inside a monthly spreadsheet.
Set targets per KPI, watch movement against the onboarding baseline, and work a prioritised action list with the expected annual impact of each item.
What you get
Production, collections, AR aging, case acceptance and recare pulled straight from your PMS on a schedule — not retyped into a spreadsheet each month.
Connect each location separately and compare them side by side. Group-level rollups sit alongside per-office drill-downs.
Set targets per KPI, track movement against the baseline captured at onboarding, and work a prioritised action list with expected annual impact.
QuickBooks and bank connections feed a general ledger, EBITDA and overhead view, budget-vs-actual, and reconciliation with exception tracking.
Invite a target practice to connect its own accounts. Build a quality-of-earnings view from source data the seller grants directly — you never handle their credentials.
Per-tenant isolation enforced in the data layer and in Postgres row-level security, encrypted credentials, an append-only audit trail, and defined retention and disposal.
Accounts
A group practice is not one audience. The owner needs the whole picture; an office manager needs their own office and should not see the rest. Dion Insights makes that a property of the account, not a reporting convention.
For owners, DSO operators and group finance
For the manager or lead at one location
The office boundary is enforced where the data is read, not just hidden in the interface: an office login is bound to one location and every query is filtered to it, with Postgres row-level security as a second, independent check.
Integrations
Multi-location accounts connect each office separately, so figures attribute to the right site.
Feeds the ledger, overhead and EBITDA views, and reconciliation against what the PMS reported as collected.
Security
Every row belongs to exactly one practice. Scope is enforced in the data layer and again by Postgres row-level security.
PMS and finance credentials are encrypted at rest and decrypted server-side only. Invited practices connect their own accounts directly.
An append-only audit trail records access and changes, including who was invited, by whom, and to which office.
See the privacy notice for how data is collected, retained and disposed of.
